DAY ONE

Transfer has happened!

Now the dreaded two week wait. During this time try and keep distracted.

If you want to do a pregnancy test you can do so but I would really avoid it until you are at least 5 days post transfer. Please be mindful that some medications they give you during your cycle and some of the triggers can cause a false positives. If you are really keen to do the pregnancy tests and you have had a trigger then you need to "test it out" this means do a pregnancy test from your transfer day and you will see the line become more faint each day and then hopefully start to get darker again. It will look like the below picture.

During this two week wait, take all your medications as prescribed, if you have any bleeding insert an extra progesterone and then just rest.

Some people take some time off work and only you know if you need to do this. I would try and relax as much as possible (or I did anyway)

The bottom picture is just something to consider if you are doing pregnancy tests, the HCG can sometimes take some time to get into the system. I personally feel that if I do a test with first response on day 8 and it's negative that I won't be successful on that round.
